Arkansas Residency Requirements

One of the spouses must have been a resident of Arkansas for 60 days before filing for divorce. The divorce cannot be finalized until one of the spouses has been a resident of the state for 3 full months.

Grounds For Divorce

The "no-fault" grounds for divorce in Arkansas require the Husband and Wife to have lived separate and apart from each other for eighteen (18) continuous months without sexual relations.
