Guarantee
The divorce package sent to you is specific to your state. If your documents are not accepted by the court, DivorceWriter will give you a full refund. To qualify for a refund you must contact DivorceWriter and provide the following information:
- The names of the specific documents that were rejected.
- The reason for the rejection of the documents by the clerk/judge/court.
DivorceWriter reserves the right to request written proof that your divorce documents were not accepted.
Other Refund Requests
If you have not submitted your DivorceWriter interview for shipping (printing or email), you can request a refund within (30) days of purchase. Once we have sent you your divorce package by mail or email, a refund will only be provided if your forms are not accepted by the court.
