Court Acceptance Guarantee

If the court rejects your state-specific documents due to an issue with our forms, DivorceWriter will issue a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, you must:

1. File within 6 months: Submit your documents to the court within 6 months of purchase.
2. Notify Us Promptly: Contact us within 30 days of a court rejection.
3. Provide Details: Email us the names of the rejected documents and the court's reason for rejection (we may request written proof).

What is not covered: We cannot issue refunds for rejections caused by user error. This includes missing signatures or notarizations, unpaid court fees, missed court dates, or incorrect information you provided in the online interview.

General Refund Policy

If your documents have not yet been sent to you (printed or emailed), you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once your package has been created and sent, refunds are exclusively limited to court rejections as outlined in the guarantee above.
